Communications by training. AI direction in practice.

I came to this from communications and public relations, which means I am trained to make complicated things understandable. I now apply that discipline to websites, SEO, content systems and practical AI workflows.

Marisa D'Amore

The short version

I am a communications and public relations professional exploring the practical intersection of communication, technology and artificial intelligence. I approach technology from a communicator's perspective: understanding the audience, organising complex information and turning ideas into clear, useful experiences.

I direct AI coding agents in my consulting work to help small businesses create and improve websites, strengthen their digital presence and turn ideas into practical online experiences. I provide the strategy, business context and original direction, then review and approve the work before it is published. I also create content systems and reusable AI skills while documenting selected projects on GitHub. I am especially interested in opportunities where communication, creative problem-solving, leadership and practical AI skills come together.

Education
Master's degree in Communications / Public Relations, and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Communications.
Now
Directing website and content work with AI coding agents, creating reusable workflows, and documenting selected source on GitHub.

How I work

01

Write it clearly

Trained in communications and PR. The hard part of most technical work is not the building - it is explaining it to the people who have to decide.

02

Direct it thoughtfully

I define the goal, supply the context, direct AI coding agents and review the result. Accuracy, voice and final publishing decisions remain mine.

03

Show the work

Selected projects link to public source and each case study distinguishes original concepts, real consulting work and AI-assisted implementation.

I would rather finish one thing properly than start four. Each project here was taken far enough to learn something specific, and the write-up says what that was - including when the answer was that the approach did not work.

On AI

I use AI tools throughout my work - for website creation, research, editing, analysis and testing. I define the goal, supply the context, direct the work, check facts and decide what is published. That human review includes accessibility and screen-reader testing when I evaluate websites.
